We aim to increase food access in urban environments, while reducing waste associated with grocery retailing.

Our stores are located in dense, walk-able neighborhoods near public transit hubs. Additionally, we format our stores to offer most dry goods, spices and other staples in bulk. We also round out the selection with produce, meat and dairy which are currently not available in the neighborhood.

Our combined experience in business development, an existing online food retail business, and connections to local and regional business-building assets will greatly improve our probability for success in this space.
